What was once a small ensuite and part of a former study is being transformed into a spacious master ensuite and walk-in robe connected to the main bedroom. With other areas of the home now better suited for study spaces, the updated layout better supports the family’s day to day living. ✨

Designed to make the most of the apartment footprint, this master ensuite was thoughtfully reconfigured to improve both functionality and flow.

A custom twin vanity with integrated natural stone sinks creates a statement within the space, while concealed mirrored storage contributes to a seamless and considered finish.

This project included a kitchen and two bathroom renovations, completed within 12 weeks.

What began as a company specialising in bathrooms, has evolved into a design and construction business focused on creating homes that balance functionality, individuality and the way each client lives day to day. Catering to different needs has always been at the heart of what GIA does.

As managing director, Illan’s experience and direction continue to shape every part of the business.
