Customer noticed a water mark on the ceiling downstairs of his Berwick home. After using the thermal imaging camera, I was able to pinpoint the area in the shower causing the leak, finding defective caulking and grouting around shower tray waste in one corner. As the home is only 5 years old, the customer is now following up with the builder to have this rectified under warranty 👊🏼
