Shout out to FenceWrap for providing us some custom designed printed Fence Mesh to wrap our current Business address and Site Temporary Fences. Great little addition to brighten the increasingly outgrown Business premises in Bibra lake and to further advertise our business at sites across Western Australia. We look forward to many more orders for our temporary fencing on Major Infrastructure projects in Q3 of this year.

We are seeking suitable electricians and trades assistance to work on long term projects. Experience in the following would be advantageous:
• Street Lighting
• Civil based project back ground such as sports lighting or street lighting
• Assembling of large towers and light poles
• Underground cabling and lighting system installation and commissioning
• Working with and assisting in crane operations and lifting

Applicants must have the following currently valid :
• 'A' Grade Electrical workers licence
• WA drivers’ licence
• Construction Industry Blue/White Card
• EWP Training. Working at height's
• Ability to pass a Police Clearance

Have a look at our work on Rottnest!

The Rottnest Island Authority engaged Hender Lee to supply and install new conduit access between transformers and remote services, supply and install of pits for Transformer transition and inter-connections.

Hender Lee delivered the scope of work while the existing 630KVA Transformer remained energised.
HLE were engaged to transport, install and commission the new Thomson Bay Kiosk Substation on Bedford Avenue including reconfiguring the supply to the existing Hotel Transformer currently supplied directly from the Powerhouse Ring Main Unit (RMU). New protection settings were provided and implemented for upstream protective devices including a new earthing system with step potential testing.

Cable jointing and termination works were completed by qualified high voltage joiners. HLE was responsible for the overall works and is required to submitting all EnergySafety Notices to commission and ensure operation of the installation and provide completed documentation (all testing & As Built documentation) as required by the Rottnest Island Authority related to the submission of a Notification of High Voltage Installation to the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.

HAVE A LOOK AT ONE OF OUR RECENT PROJECTS!
At the Beenyup Waste Water Treatment Plant, Hender Lee was involved in the Water Corporation of WA's sponsored project to make use of the bio-gas generated by the Beenyup WWTP digestion process to supply electrical power and hot water to meet a significant portion of the plants’ requirements and in turn, reduce energy consumption, odour and impacts on the environment.

Overview:

In July 2020, Osmoflo (www.osmoflo.com), awarded the Electrical and Instrumentation works for the supply of a Water Treatment Plant and Ancillary Equipment, that is required to receive bore and recycled site water, and supply the Cockburn Power Station and Kwinana Gas Turbines with treated water. Synergy is Western Australia’s largest electricity generator and retailer of gas and electricity with more than one million residential, business and industry customers.

Scope:

This SOW includes:

Site Installation, testing, commissioning & pre-commissioning checks, material, equipment, scaffolding and supervision.

Equipment installations, MCC switchboards, A/C distribution boards, UPS, battery banks, instruments, power distribution boards, VSD’s within the MCC, air-conditioning systems, GPO’s and isolators within the plant area.

Stainless steel cable supports, stainless steel cable ladders, trays and conduits.

Lighting, chemical dosing panels, EDI rectifier panels, control equipment installation works, PLC cabinets, the Installation of transmitters, arc flash labeling, instrument JB’s, RIO panels including instrument earthing.

Cable laying and termination, the supply and installation of power cables to the WTP, instrument cables, fibre optic cables, control cables and communications cabling.

Earthing at the bus of Synergy’s upstream earth system.

Pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Challenges:

Extensive works are required within a congested Process Equipment Building. Hender Lee will be delivering the works within tight time frame allocations to suit our clients' mechanical and structural installation schedule.
