Tristan Clews Electrical is seeking a First Year Apprentice to join our team in a growing Electrical Company.
Looking for someone who wants to build a career in the Electrical industry.
Great conditions and a variety of tasks in various locations throughout the Banana Shire.
The successful applicant will receive 4 years on the job training by working with skilled tradespeople and will be supported by formal schooling through a Registered Training Organisation to obtain a Certificate III in Electrotechnology as part of becoming trade qualified.
To be considered for a position, you will:
• be reliable for full-time hours Monday – Friday and overtime as required (after hours and weekends)
• have a positive and can-do attitude with a desire to learn
• have strong communication skills: verbal and written
• hold a valid manual driver’s licence and have your own transport
• have successfully completed Year 10.
• possess a methodical ability to completing tasks
• understand the importance of workplace health and safety
• be willing to work well in a team and with customers
• have a real interest in the electrical trade.
