Rural Fencing Offsider Wanted – Blackall QLD Region

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and hard-working Fencing Offsider to join our team in the Blackall, Queensland area.

What We Offer:
• Monday to Friday work – consistent hours
• Accommodation provided
• Meat provided
• Above award wages – get paid what you’re worth

What We’re Looking For:
• A solid work ethic and willingness to get stuck in
• Ability to work independently when required
• Fencing experience is a big plus
• Welding skills are advantageous
• Must have a driver’s license
• Own vehicle is favourable

We’re looking for a skilled 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐦 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 to join our rural civil works team in the 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚, focused on 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲. You’ll be operating an 𝐌 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 and leading a crew of four (water truck and roller operators).⁣
⁣
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:⁣
• Work car and accommodation supplied⁣
• Above award wages⁣
• 5/2 roster – very flexible for the right operator⁣
• Operate modern M Series grader⁣
• Lead a capable, close-knit team⁣
⁣
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝:⁣
• Proven final trim experience (GPS experience a plus)⁣
• Leadership ability and good communication skills⁣
• HR licence and relevant plant tickets preferred⁣
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and self-motivated⁣
