Cables replaced and door serviced in Leura. After receiving a call at 5pm from my client asking for help I visited the property shortly after and was able to remove their car so they could go to work the following day. I returned the next day with a shiny new set of 3mm door cables and replaced the snapped the cables. As part of this service i also went over the door and motor.

Exciting times ahead. I have spent more hours on this design then I would like to admit but its finally getting printed on business cards, service stickers and a work uniform. Still to come is the trailer vinyl but that's a much bigger project.

Second set of sectional door springs broken this week that needed replacing in Wentworth falls. Not a problem though for us, a quick measure and weighing, we had brand new custom made springs installated 2 days later. These springs should outlast the door now as they are rated to double the cycles (door up/door down) of the stock standard springs.

Double door, double trouble. An unfortunate set of circumstances for our client in Faulconbridge on Monday went to leave for work at 5am and pressed the motor and nothing happened except for a loud bang from the motor.
During the assessment we found a broken spring on a bnd panel lift furthermore the client trying to use the motor had unknowingly broke the drive gear on the bnd motor.
Here are some before and after photos, replacing both springs and changing out the motor for a Merlin today 4 days after the mishap the client is able to use their door and safely secure their vehicle.

As a side note please keep in mind, a yearly service call from KjF Garage Doors, may have prevented this from happening to 8 year door.
