New ceiling fan installation completed from start to finish ✔️

Started with a quality new unit straight out of the box, prepped the area properly with drop sheets down and ladder safely positioned, then carried out a clean, compliant installation. Once mounted, the fan was fully secured, tested for smooth operation and correct wiring, and the entire area was vacuumed and left spotless.

No mess, no shortcuts, just professional workmanship and attention to detail the whole way through.

⚡ Minor switchboard upgrade completed ⚡

Following an electrical safety inspection, we identified a non-compliant earth rod that had rusted and snapped, along with an older switchboard setup using porcelain fuses and a single RCD.

🔧 Scope of works (minor upgrade):
• Installed a new compliant earth rod
• Removed existing porcelain fuses
• Upgraded to individual RCBO protection per circuit

A simple, targeted upgrade that significantly improves safety, fault protection, and reliability without a full switchboard replacement ✅

If your switchboard is still running old fuses, a safety inspection can highlight what actually needs upgrading.
