"I had a 25 year old solar hot water system that suddenly stopped working, so I rang several suppliers and only one responded. Fortunately it was Andrew from Zen Plumbing. He came and had a look at the job and installed a new booster element as a temporary fix then ordered a new replacement system which arrived a few days later which he installed almost immediately. We had a strange leak land were losing water from our tanks and the guys came and patiently searched the entire property for the problem. They booked a secondary contractor for some pipe pressure testing and they were on site the following day.
