West Wyalong Cinema – 200kva Pole Mount Transformer Upgrade

We are delighted to of been a part of such an important community project for the Bland Shire Council.

Located in the historical Masonic Hall, Tivoli West Wyalong is a community cinema that once stood proud in the 1920s in the heart of West Wyalong. Our recent power upgrade has allowed the cinema to open and carry on its namesake's rich history, showing things like the latest movies, private functions, charity events, art exhibitions, and small musical and drama productions.

Today the IPS team installed a new 200kva Pole Mount Substation for South Wagga School.

Sounds standard for a Level 1 ASP but not quite..

💥 Sturt Highway
💥 Existing Pole encased with concrete
💥 Upgraded a busy Take Off Pole
💥 Overhead NBN
💥 All in a 6 hour Outage

This complex project was well planned, managed beautifully, and executed perfectly by the entire team.

The students can now enjoy new air conditioning for the upcoming summer!
