Multi switchboard upgrades and relocations ⚡️⚡️

Working with to renovate and restore four 100 year old adjoining properties with mixed retail and residential apartments, we completed the following level 2 works

✅ 4 x overhead service disconnections from the front of the properties
✅ 3 x 100A UGOH services and 1 x new OH service
✅ Main switchboards for all four properties moved to the rear of each property
✅ 8 x redundant NMI abolishments
✅ 5 x Smart meter upgrades

200A supply upgrade recently completed for .electrical at the huge Sylvania build right by the water.

✅ 200A overhead service and consumers mains
✅ 200A sub main circuit 45m underground into the house

We recently completed this full upgrade of meter panel, private pole, overhead service and switchboard with addition of backup generator and transfer switch setup.

The rural property occasionally experiences outages which affects their ability to run clean water and access the work sheds. The backup generator will run the majority of the property until the grid supply is restored.

SOLAR & BATTERIES ☀️☀️🔋🔋

We recently completed the installation of 8.6kW of bi-facial panels with 10kWh battery storage has helped our customer reduce their grid dependency by over 60%, and we’re still in winter!

The bi-facial panels capture the sun’s energy on both sides and with the multi pitched white colourbond roof, there’s plenty of reflected light hitting the backs of those panels.

All coupled with micro inverters and batteries, this system is already exceeding expectations. As always, our systems are installed with Hollywood rails and racking.

24.6kW solar system recently completed for a newly refurbed racing horse stables. 4 strings of 14 panels will provide up to 20kW of three phase AC power to the stables which include DALI remote controlled lighting and large fans to keep the horses cool during the summer.

As long as the sun is shining, this solar system will cover the power requirements year round ☀️☀️

12.6kW SolarEdge system with Trina 440w panels recently completed in Beecroft. This system included two arrays across two roofs, with 15 degree tilt frames on the 5 degree south sloping roof over the deck, to give a 10 degree North facing tilt. This helps increase the solar irradiance onto the panels and increasing over energy produced, especially during the winter months when the sun is lower in the sky.

This setup, coupled with SolarEdge power optimisers ensures maximum efficiency given the constraints of the site.

6.1kW micro inverter array installed with 15 degree tilt frames to maximise the North aspect garage roof.
Although only 14 panels, this system is generating on average of 25kWh of energy, and up to 40kWh on a perfect sunny day ☀️☀️

Along with the solar system, we completed and meter panel and switchboard upgrade with RCD safety switch protection. We also completed a three phase metering upgrade and installed a three phase supply to the garage for the workshop equipment.
