Murphbuilt’s Mayfield project - a full bathroom and laundry transformation. What began as a straightforward renovation became a full structural rebuild. We completely reworked the layout to improve flow and function, resulting in a modern bathroom full of character that seamlessly aligns with the existing home.

Productive start to the new year with the structural steel all installed. Now started carpentry, framing walls to first floor joists.

We are pumped to be starting this new home with some level of complexity. With detailed finishes and structural steel like no other!

Busy couple of weeks locking up this extension at Wallsend. We have now moved onto the existing living area where we have removed and replaced internal walls with beams above the ceiling line to really transform this area into open plan living.

Jackson Murphy Carpentry has a position available for someone to continue their 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship or commence work as a tradesman. The position is full time hours Mon-Fri 7.00am-3:30pm commencing as casual however full-time position will be available for the right person.

JMC is a small business completing carpentry work throughout Lake Macquarie and Newcastle. Whilst working for JMC you will complete all aspects of building from framing to lock-up and everything in between. We work on high-end projects and experience in architectural work would be desirable.

Requirements:
• Passionate about the building industry
• Always be on time
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Own tools
• Driver licence and own transport
• White card
• Enjoys fishing

We will require a minimum of one verbal reference within the last 12 months of your employment.
