With our work schedule ever increasing, Miles Contracting requires another talented and reliable excavator operator for one of our FIFO steel picking operations here in Western Australia.

FIFO from Perth and the roster is two weeks on/two off.
(Perfect roster)

Utilising state of the art Hitachi ZX 360 LCH excavators, with our specialised grab buckets, the works required are removing underground steel, rock bolts and waste from production ore stockpiles on the mine ROM.

No rock breaking!
All day shift, no night shifts!...............purely steel picking!
Just work in with the ROM team to deliver clean, cream tonnes through the Primary crushing circuit!

Must have a valid Australian driver's licence and be able to pass all standard (Gold) mine site entry onboarding requirements.

Operating Hitachi ZX360 LCH machines with quality Rammer attachments.

Must pass the standard minesite entry requirements and have a current drivers licence.

Miles Contracting requires another two talented and reliable operators to join our team!

1 x Loader operator utilising a new Volvo L150H to deliver crushed ore onto a feeder.

1 x Rockbreaker operator utilising a new Hitachi ZX360LCH on a ROM to process oversize material.

Both positions are in Kalgoorlie-Boulder, on the same site, and will require all normal Gold minesite entry requirements.
24/7 operations and will involve a shift-work roster.

Big Friday thank you to Hitachi Australia, Adrian Kluge, Penns Cartage, Vissign and the Miles Contracting team to get another 360 LCH steel picking unit in the fleet and out doing it’s thing to gain ROM crushed tonnes here in Western Australia…..

Shout out to Penns Cartage Contractors who just delivered another two custom steel picking buckets into Western Australia for our busy Miles Contracting team and operations within WA.

Thank you to Jaws buckets for working with us on our various R&D changes to increase production and operation with these latest grab attachments.

These two will be straight out to numerous mine sites to `Tango` with our Hitachi ZX360 LCH machines !

Underground mesh, rock bolts, steels, vent bag, rubbish.......you name it........doesn`t stand a chance of entering a Primary Crushing circuit with these reliable, hardworking guard dogs on shift !
