Hamilton Island 🏝

We have gone to some incredible places and homes — and this week, that meant Hamilton Island.

Sam was on the tools, replacing worn cables, coding remotes and servicing roller doors to help keep things running smoothly.

For us, it’s not just about fixing a door. It’s about showing up, doing the job properly and providing a service our customers can rely on — wherever the job takes us.

A little look at the job…

Sam headed out ready to replace the motor, complete with the trailer and lifter. But after checking the door, he found that a new motor wasn’t actually needed.

Instead, the issue was resolved with a limits reset and a full service, getting the door operating properly again.

We believe in honest, trustworthy service, sometimes the best solution isn’t replacing something, but simply finding and fixing what’s actually wrong.

When I come around...Not every door needs replacing—sometimes it just needs the right repair.
