Hard to believe the quality of some new builds… 😳
Only 11 months old, and we’re already seeing multiple drainage concerns. The previous owner appears to have concreted the majority of the backyard to reduce maintenance, but incorrect falls are creating drainage issues and potential long-term damage to the home and surrounding structures.
No ag line in front of the retaining wall, resulting in water pooling and flooding across the walkway, plus a few other issues that need addressing.
First step: installing ag lines and drainage pits to help manage the water properly. 💧🔧
