The billboard was having a proper sulk today.

Power modules had packed it in, so the whole thing was just sitting there looking blank and slightly offended at the traffic.

Jumped in, swapped the modules, gave it a bit of encouragement… and boom. Back online and yelling ads at everyone again like nothing happened.

Electronic billboards don’t fix themselves — lucky for them, DAS Electrical does.

🚨 Emergency call out of the day: Customer rings in a panic saying there’s loud electrical buzzing coming from her bathroom ceiling. Possible fire hazard. We drop everything, race across town like heroes, tools flying, hearts pumping – ready to wreck the fire and save the day! 🔥🚒

We get there, ceiling’s already half pulled down… only to discover the culprit:

Her battery-operated leg shaver had turned itself on in the drawer.

That’s it. That’s the emergency.

Just a very enthusiastic little shaver having a solo buzzing session.

I’ve never felt more like a superhero who showed up to fight a dragon and found a Roomba instead.

10/10 for customer vigilance though. Better buzzing shaver than actual fire! 😂
