A stormwater pump out well in a high rise building has a very important function 🏙️
During rain, the pumps in the base of the well automatically turn on as the water level rises.
As you can see from this job today, the well has not been maintained. The pumps have sucked in rubbish and debris and caused burn out. The pit needs to be cleaned out and two of these pumps replaced. This basement car park would flood and the cost for loss of cars would be high 💸
