There are some things that are just plain and simply wrong on a roof.
1. Lapping corrugated sheets on low pitch roofs.
2. Installing dectites to soil pipes without flat pan flashing.

Both are common problems and believe it or not. #2 is common practice on new roofs. Condoned by certifiers and governing bodies alike. Both problems were on the roof we were repairing today. Stay tuned for some finish photos in coming days.
