Water leak on a rural property 🐎🐎

For properties running on tank water, a hidden leak can mean a significant loss of a precious resource💧

Our customer noticed a large area of saturated ground despite there being no recent rainfall, which pointed to an underground water leak.
We hand excavated the area and located the leaking pipe.
We removed the damaged section and installed a straight joiner, tested on completion it was an effective repair and backfilled the area.

A muddy day on the tools, but another leak found and fixed successfully. 🤝💧🚜

This was one of the worst sewer blockages we’ve come across in a long time 🪠🪠

The old terracotta sewer line had quite literally every joint infiltrated by tree roots. As the joints deteriorate over time the roots find their way into the drainage system causing blockages.
After a full day of high-pressure jetting and clearing, we successfully had the line functioning again and gave the customer a DIY maintenance solution to hold the tree roots at bay 🚽

Shower system install 🚿🚿

This customer needed a shower installed in their factory but due to their lease agreement no major disturbance to existing surfaces was allowable.

Fortunately we came up with a suitable solution 💪🏽
A shower system is basically a flat pack shower so we could install without disturbance to the slab, tiles and walls.

Every time it rained our customer was having their gutters overflow. They thought the problem was leaf debris in the gutter & downpipes however they were clear. This meant the problem had to be further down the drainage system.

Using CCTV to inspect the storm water drain we located a blockage. The pipe was flat in a section so a ball and some other lead matter had become lodged causing the entire stormwater system to back up.
We dug down to the problem section and removed any obstructions then repaired the flattened section.

Once complete, we backfilled and watered in the area, leaving minimal aesthetic impact to the front yard 🏠🔥🤝

A relatively simple job but an important one nonetheless.
If downpipe fails to safely channel rainwater away from your roof and foundations hundreds of liters of water can dump against the base of your home, which can rapidly lead to foundations cracking, water damage, and severe erosion.
