Another quality project complete. This property had a tired old home in need of help!
The team at Talese Homes demolished the existing residence, designed and constructed a new double storey dwelling with a detached secondary dwelling to accommodate two families to live together independently on one block.
The best way to maximise your properties worth in re-sale, rental and reside!

Our two dwellings under construction in Gregory Hills are taking shape, we have completed plasterboard linings and looking forward to the internal transformation and turning these into beautiful homes.

Knock down re-build, here we have a tired old home with too many problems and not providing a good investment. We are transforming this great parcel of land into a new two storey dwelling with de-tached rear granny flat+garage.
This is a great opportunity to live with an income or simply lease as a great investment.
We are currently halfway through framing these new homes, bringing the concept to life and making great progress!

Its been a crazy couple of months, riding the highs and lows, but most importantly, keeping safe.
Its great to be working, and doing what we do best... Bringing quality custom homes to life! We have designed two double story detached dual occupancy homes on a very unusual shaped block of land, and now the construction has commenced to bring these homes to life. The site was cleared, benched to height, and the piering is underway. Over the next six months, these two custom deigned homes will be constructed and be ready to be lived in.🏠🏠

Moving on Nicely! Been busy through the wet weather and achieving great results. We have had plasterboard, bulkheads, cornices installed. Electric floor heating installed (one of the best and efficient way of heating your home if you have solar panel's) waterproofing to all wet areas, all floor bedding throughout dwelling and first stage fixout throughout. Currently have have first stage of painting underway and looking forward to start internal tiling soon.

Handover time! Our two homes under construction in Gregory Hills are now finished. All pc items installed, landscaping and concreting completed.
This was an odd shaped corner block over looking La Valla park, our vision was to subdivide the block and build two detached Torrens title homes, taking all aspects into account to design and produce two homes that suit the needs of everyday people without compromise.
