✅ Job Completed Today

Our team just wrapped up an upgrade on a 25-year-old Manurope condensing unit that was still running on R22. Luckily, it was on POE oil, which gave us the chance to bypass the R404a generation altogether.

We went straight into the future with a retrofit to low-GWP refrigerant R448 🌍. Even better, we managed to keep the original R22 valves (with new orifices, clearly labelled of course ✔️), and gave the trusty Muller evaporators a new lease on life.

The heart of the system is now fully upgraded, compliant with current industry regulations, and running cleaner and more efficient than ever. 💪❄️

Let’s Talk Controls!

At Elite Refrigeration, we specialise in designing and delivering bespoke refrigeration control solutions for any application.

Following detailed consultation with our client, we were tasked with creating a system that provided individual evaporator control, each fitted with Carel electronic expansion valves operated via the MPXpro. To add complexity, the client also required individual hot gas defrost cycles, set to run at staggered intervals—a challenging request we were excited to tackle.

Our team rose to the occasion, delivering a tailored control setup that met every requirement. This system will be fully integrated with the site’s Carel Boss platform, enabling seamless remote monitoring and management.
