A project worth revisiting.

With Florence by Mosaic recently featured by The Local Project, it’s a good opportunity to look back at a project that has earned some serious industry recognition.

Florence was awarded UDIA Queensland’s 2025 Project of the Year and Best Mid-Rise Apartment Project — a huge achievement for Mosaic Property Group and everyone involved in its delivery.

JJK Painting completed the painting package at Florence, and seeing the finished project captured like this makes it even better to have played a part.

Congratulations again to the Mosaic team on a project that continues to get the recognition it deserves.

Another one secured.

JJK Painting has been awarded the painting package for ARCA Stafford, working with Balmain & Co on this boutique new development in Brisbane’s inner north.

Three low-rise towers, thoughtfully designed residences, premium finishes and plenty of architectural detail — this one has all the makings of a great project.

Painting and rendering are already underway onsite, and we’re looking forward to seeing this one take shape over the coming months.

Another quality project added to the JJK pipeline.

We’re excited to be the painters behind Stage 1 of the Wongaburra Society redevelopment in Beaudesert!

While the builders handle the big stuff, we’re bringing the finishing touches — fresh coats, quality finishes, and that “just completed” shine that makes a space feel like home. This new facility will be home to so many wonderful residents for years to come, and we couldn’t be prouder to add our brushwork to a project that means so much to this community.

A massive feat feeding 150 tradies this morning at Regis Toowong 🥓🍳

The boys turned into chefs for the morning — and somehow nobody burnt the site down 😅

Special mention to Jamie, who went above and beyond sourcing the “premium” butcher sausages and bacon like it was a five-star event. Safe to say he took his role very seriously and we absolutely loved it!

A lot of flipping, a lot of laughs, and a solid way to start the day onsite.
