That little drip… drip… drip isn’t just annoying — it’s quietly running up your water bill faster than peak-hour on the Centenary 😅

💧 Water meter check
No one using water? Go check the meter. Still ticking over? Something’s up (and it’s not in a good way).

🌧️ Gutters & drains
With the way QLD weather flips from sunshine to “what is this storm?!” — blocked drains can turn into a very expensive surprise.

🔧 Pressure changes
If your shower suddenly feels like a fire hose or a sad drizzle… it’s worth checking before it turns into a bigger issue.

A few small checks now = less stress on the wallet later 👍

A Message from Cameron:

Last year my godson Elliott was diagnosed with a rare childhood cancer, Wilms’ Tumour, at just 5 years old.

Watching someone so young go through surgery and 7 months of treatment is something no family should ever have to face. But Elliott has shown incredible strength, courage and determination every step of the way.

To stand beside him and show our support, his dad Matthew and I will be shaving our heads as part of the World’s Greatest Shave.

We’re doing this to raise funds and awareness for families going through blood cancer and to help fund life-changing research and support services.

If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it would mean a lot to Elliott and our family.

2 Don't flush anything but toilet paper (no wipes, grease, or toys)
3. Fix drips immediately
4. Try the plunger for blockages instead of harsh chemicals...especially those with treatment/septic systems
5. Inspect old flexi-hoses (replace every few years)
6. Consider water-saving fixtures,
7. Ensure proper water pressure
8. Clear gutters and drains
