I live in Forest Lake - Brisbane and have decided to commence my journey in achieving my goals in my own community. I chose the solar system field as the baseline of my career because it has a direct impact on peoples’ daily life and has an immediate impact on our environment. I worked for one of Australia’s best solar companies and found that in some cases sales people do not have the necessary technical skills or knowledge to be able to understand the concept of energy efficiency and assess customers’ real needs and future demands and may in return over or undersize the Solar System. Also by neglecting to carry out a thorough research of the products available, customers are often not aware of current bonuses and competing deals offered by mark-leading suppliers. Purchasing a solar system should not be treated as simple as purchasing a home appliance. Consideration must be given to reliability, efficiency and safety in design as well as on-going maintenance cost and warranty cover. Factors such as available finance and return on investment should also be factored into the final decision making process. It is for the above reasons that I decided to start this business with the goal of assisting customers in purchasing a system that meets their requirements. All technical information will be sourced from the suppliers and discussed in detail with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with the final product.
