For this inner city project, the brief was to create a private, resort inspired retreat. Positioned to integrate seamlessly with the homes indoor and outdoor living areas, the pool encourages effortless entertaining and everyday enjoyment. Tropical planting, natural timber, and carefully selected finishes work together to create a clam, layered landscape that brings a sense of escape to this backyard.

A pool designed not only to capture the view, but to become apart of it. This infinty edge pool creates a seamless connection between the water and the horizon.

A fully tiled interior in Blue Crystal Pearl blend from thepooltilecompany enhances the blue tones on the water, allowing the pool to sit effortlessly within its coastal surrouings. Elevated on the third floor above ground, the pool wraps around the home to create a sophisticated entertaining space where luxury, architecture and breathtaking views come together.

While the design of the pool is quite simple, the use of polished concrete surrounds, which also flows seamlessly through the house, enhances the retro aesthetic and ultimately defines the beauty of this project.

This project in Paddington was designed around limited property access, narrow walkways and high retaining walls, with the pool becoming the main focal point of the home.

It features an infinity edge and a fully tiled catchment, designed to form part of the fencing requirements, which was an essential element in creating a space that feels larger. The multiple heights within the pool structure and surrounding deck add dimension and interest, while the top-class finishes of the time truly make this pool a functional piece of art.

Designed in collaboration with Nicole Weston Architect this Hamilton pool seamlessly connects the home’s contemporary extension with the timeless character of the original Queenslander.

The pool’s shape allows the surrounding gardens to soften the boundary wall of the property, while the curved entry creates a more relaxed feel to seamlessly integrate with the outdoor lounge.
