This week our Country Road Brisbane CBD store, completed in partnership with Moloney Architects , was awarded the ‘Best Store Design’ at the Australian Fashion Industry Awards!

Words from the Judges:

“The commercial and customer response has been striking. Visits to the store increased by more than 25% compared with Country Road’s previous Brisbane location, and sales conversion rates have doubled. The store now serves as a benchmark, proving that heritage, sustainability and design excellence can work together to lift both experience and performance.

Country Road Brisbane was designed and built targeting a 5-Star Green Star Interiors rating, certified in April 2026, with more than 90% of construction and demolition waste recycled and low-VOC materials selected throughout for the health of customers and team members.”

It’s pretty amazing what can be done with an existing site.

To be honest, we often don’t know the answer straight away when we get to a new project, but we have a creative knack & process for figuring something out for our clients we know is going to be special & add a lot of value for them - with a result typically even better than we expected!

Recently Completed!

Altura House has been Architecturally designed with a street presence to suit its prominent, elevated position in Ashgrove, Brisbane.

A family home designed for functionality, longevity & opening up to its city aspect (not to mention the incredible morning sunrises) this house has been thoughtfully crafted to have a view from nearly every room.

A new family home in Coorparoo opening up to the garden & adjacent parkland.

The house at the streetfront has been retained & renovated, with an L-shape extension forming the site master plan.

The design for our Noosa Heads House explores the ideas of its coastal context.

Sandy beach tones are alluded to in the statement travertine kitchen bench. This is balanced by the warm timber wall lining & dappled light through the batten screened facade.

Red Hill House.

The courtyard layout of this contemporary subtropical family home has been designed to allow breezes to flow through the living & entertaining areas enhancing the day to day liveability.

A dedicated wellness space at the lower level of the house completes the home’s overall offering.
