Breathe Alderley Update

Breathe Alderley is getting closer to completion, with landscaping now complete and cleaners starting to move through the apartments.

With the major works wrapping up, trades are beginning to demobilise from site, leaving the final tidy-up and finishing touches as we head towards completion.

A look inside at some of the finished kitchens and one of the finished bathrooms.

Spring is here, bringing longer days, warmer temperatures and plenty of sunshine to the site.

Breathe Alderley continues to take shape, with rendering, painting and landscaping progressing across the building.

Breathe Alderley Update

The central green space is really starting to come together, with landscaping progressing and the surrounding footpaths nearing completion.

We’re also now connected to power following the Energex transformer connection, with everything else continuing to cruise along as we move closer to completion.

🏗️ Steady progress continues at Breathe Alderley.

With landscaping taking shape, shopfront glazing nearing completion and internal fit-out progressing throughout the building, the project is entering its final stages.

Over the coming week, our team will continue external rendering, balcony tiling, entry cladding and final service connections as we move closer to completion.

Construction Update - Breathe Alderley

Landscaping is transforming the exterior, kitchens are progressing, shopfront glazing is almost complete, and the Energex transformer is now in place ahead of connection works.

Over the coming week, our team will continue external rendering, balcony tiling, entry cladding and final service connections as we move another step closer to completion.
