Ensuite Reno in Albany creek completed may 2024. After demolition showed termite damage to WIR and a little bit of main bedroom. Client glad they Reno’d bathroom when they did. Termite system installed around perimeter of house and home guard installed in concrete penetrations. Original photos at end of post. Check out the progress of the job.

Kitchen renovation in Stafford completed last year. Relocated kitchen to a previously extended dining room and also moved and deleted other load bearing walls in the house to open up layout. Take a look at some of the progress. Some original photos at end of post.

Bathroom/laundry renovation in Tarragindi now operational. New windows to be installed next week followed by the laundry cabinetry shortly after. Check out the transformation of this space and the changed layout. (Some before photos at the end of post) Demolished cupboard on the outside of shower to make way for a deeper shower, the new cupboard will be built outside of bathroom on the wall directly behind the vanity.

Progress in Tarragindi. Tiler finished grouting yesterday. Plaster started today and painter next week. Windows to install end of month and hopefully laundry cabinets, and storage cupboards (outside of bathroom) are ready too.

Bathroom/Laundry renovation in Tarrigindi starting to take shape. Ready for waterproofing. Turns out the previous owners of the property had no idea what they were doing, which resulted in a ‘bandaid’ fix. Fast forward 13 years, parts of the sub floor were rotted out, existing sub floor over loaded and previous termite damage just the start. Had to rebuild the entire sub floor of bathroom in collaboration with a structural engineer. Check out some of the progress pics.

Bathroom and toilet renovation finished yesterday in Everton hills. Shower was leaking in old bathroom. Ended up replacing half of the timber floor. Changed the layout up a bit as well. Client wanted to delete the old bath all together. Very happy with the end result. Check out the transformation.

Stage 1 completed in Enoggera. Built composite timber tech deck on top of patio to delete step down from interior to exterior. Deck has come up a treat.
