Another beautifully restored roof in McDowall - full re-bed due to sandy bedding, then clean, point, sealer coat and 2 coats of Nutech Tileflex in Sandstone colour 😃 client is extremely happy 😃

This is why we visually inspect all roofs prior to quoting, the bedding of the ridges on this roof are sandy and require a full re-bed. There are some companies out there that may say that they can repoint this however it will not last as the pointing has very little solid material to adhere to.
