As a result of our dedication to quality finishes and our high level of service - our company is growing fast and we are undertaking an ever growing number of polished concrete and commercial epoxy flooring projects. We’re looking to increase the size of our team and are looking for quality focused flooring technicians who are keen to progress their careers.
A majority of our work is epoxy flooring (polyurethane flooring, troweled applications, roller applied coatings, epoxy coving, specialized coatings, etc.) for the commercial market and polished concrete projects within both the residential and commercial markets. We have regular work with top tier builders and large commercial customers across multiple industries throughout SEQ.
Superior Concrete Finishes has developed a reputation for high quality jobs completed on-time and on budget, with a level of service that keeps our customers very happy. We’re looking for motivated and enthusiastic flooring applicators that will maintain and add to this reputation.

Flooring Applicator Key Responsibilities:
- On-time completion of projects
- Project management from start to finish
- Delivering high quality finishes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Working well in a team environment
- Effective communication with clients, team leaders, sales teams & internal management
- Adhere to Safety protocols on job sites
- Work within company policies and procedures
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Minimum requirements:
- Ability and desire to learn.
- You're a good person looking to move their career forward.
- A minimum of 2+ years industry/trade experience.
- Whitecard (general construction induction card)
- Manual drivers licence & transportation
