💼 What you’ll be doing:
•⁠ ⁠Recruiting white & blue-collar civil roles
•⁠ ⁠Sourcing Engineers, Supervisors, HSEQ & skilled trades
•⁠ ⁠Workforce planning with project leaders
•⁠ ⁠Building strong talent pipelines

✅ What we need:
•⁠ ⁠Civil construction recruitment experience (essential)
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of infrastructure projects
•⁠ ⁠Ability to source hard-to-fill site roles
•⁠ ⁠Organised, proactive & commercially minded

💰 Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + commission
