Nice job in Ferny grove,

Fixing up some balconies, doors, insulation, flashing and cladding

- Removed existing rotten flooring under two layers of tiles

- stitched new lvl Joists onn

- replaced top plate

- replaced old door to new windows

- replaced old door to new door

- replaced downstairs rotten windows to new windows

- New James hardie flooring and return angles to allow for waterproofing

- new balustrades

- will take another photo once painted
