Out with the old and mouldy silicon and in with the new for the new tenants. Also a patch and paint to some damage around the power point.

Our customer had an open space they need to close off so they had space for family when they cam to visit. These custom made barn doors were a perfect solution.

The silicon in this customer's shower was mouldy and missing in parts. Missing silicon and cracked grout, can encourage water to run behind tiles and away from the shower enclosure. This can lead to larger problems down the track. We removed the old silicon and replaced with a quality mould resistant silicone sealant.

After a leak had damaged the existing chipboard access panel, we were called in to remove it and replace with a Moisture Resistant Melamine removable panel.

This bay of windows was exposed to long hours of sunlight which was increasing the temperature in the room. We added a customer colonial style window hood to shelter from the sun and rain.
