New project ‼️ CRMES⚡️ has been engaged to undertake the BMS installation for the new Paradise Gardens Shopping Centre and COLES.

Join our growing team of controls electricians and work on challenging commercial projects installing state of the art building management systems.

Wrapping up on site at our UQ st Lucia project along side JCI and Ascot Air

The job consisted of a 3 floor refurb of an existing building which CRMES were contracted to complete mechanical electrical and BMS installation.

4x existing MSSB’s were to be refurbished, including 2 technical cut overs on boards with crucial equipment that were required to stay operational. In total CRMES provided power and control to 13x AHU’s, 13x EDH’s, 6x fan’s and 4x new DDC’s.

CRMES is currently looking for 1x tradesman and 1x 3rd/4th year apprentice to join our growing team for future commercial projects.
Mechanical Electrical and BMS experience is preferred but not required.

A busy start to 2022 for the CRMES team with completion of jobs at , , Powerlink Brisbane and even a disconnection of the damaged mechanical services at ICC Newmarket from flood waters. There is a lot of the year left and with plenty of great projects on there way ⚡️
