This handcrafted timber cubby isn’t just a place to hide and imagine — it’s a place to move, test, and discover.

By integrating a simple ball run, the cubby becomes a learning space:
• cause and effect
• turn-taking
• problem-solving
• fine motor skills

All wrapped in natural materials that sit beautifully in the landscape and invite open-ended play 🤎

The new Mueller Nursery Playground now has its very own splash play zone — the perfect spot for little hands and feet to explore, cool down, and connect with nature. 🌿✨

Designed with flexibility in mind, this water play area brings:
🌊 Sensory fun for curious learners
☀️ A cool retreat on warm days
🌱 A playful connection to the outdoors

We can’t wait to see the nursery kids giggling, splashing, and making memories here all year round. 🩵

We’re so excited to share the brand-new Mueller Nursery Playground 🌱

This project was close to our hearts and all about transforming a narrow space into a bright, flexible, and fun area for little learners. The brief focused on:
☀️ Creating more light & ventilation
🌳 Providing privacy from the carpark
🎨 Designing flexible spaces that can be used for multiple functions

The result? A playful, airy, and practical outdoor space that invites curiosity, connection, and creativity. 🌼

Huge thanks to the Mueller ELC team for trusting us to bring this vision to life. We can’t wait to see the little ones making memories here for years to come.
