It was great to celebrate the official Topping Out of our Margate project last week.

Many special guests joined us on site to mark this significant milestone - including Emma Comer MP, Member for Petrie, Mayor Peter Flannery, Cr Karl Wi******er as well as many project partners whose collaboration has made this development possible.

It was also great to thank the hardworking team on site by hosting celebratory Topping Out drinks at a local venue on the peninsula, recognising their effort and contribution in reaching this important stage.

We look forward to delivering the project through to completion in early 2027.

Last week, the Forty4 Projects team welcomed Australian Treasurer Jim Chalmers and the Federal Member for Petrie Emma Comer to our Margate project to see the progress being made on site.

This 6-storey development will deliver 60 affordable housing units, with completion expected in early 2027.

It was great to be part of the Sydney stop of the cmBuilder.io SitePlan Series last week.

We’re proud to see our own Hugh Cassidy representing Forty4 Projects and sharing how we use visual construction planning tools to improve project coordination, communication, and delivery outcomes across our projects.

Our team also used the opportunity to visit to the Sydney Build Expo at the ICC. To top it all off Sydney absolutely turned it on with fantastic weather for a walk around the harbour ☀️

Last week, we celebrated a special milestone — 4 years of Forty4 Projects!

With our team spread across multiple sites and projects, it was fantastic to come together for a well-deserved team dinner and reflect on how far we’ve come.
