As of 2022, any property that is sold or leased in Queensland must comply with new smoke alarm laws.

Each bedroom must have a smoke alarm installed, and one within 3metres outside each bedroom door.

Smoke alarms also have a 10 year life span, if you are not sure if your smoke alarms are compliant, give us a call for a complimentary check!

Sometimes we feel a bit like plumbers with the amount of hot water systems we spend time around, but if you ever find that your hot water system is lack luster, reach out! We are able to troubleshoot electrical issues with hot water systems, and have a great network of plumbers that we work with to sort out replacements!

A recently completed job for a return customer in Birkdale!
We have replaced an existing wall light with a customer supplied floodlight camera for extra security, a new sensor light out the back, and upgraded the bathroom with a 4in1 Exhaust light combo!
These 4in1 bathroom fittings also have a draft fan, to bring in fresh air from outside as well as your heat, fan, and light options! They work fantastic and look sleek!
