For this job, I teamed up with a top-notch refrigeration crew to get the doorway back in action:

My role: As an epoxy floor specialist, I prepped the threshold and seamlessly embedded the heater strip directly into the ground, sealing it tightly so it’s protected from moisture, forklifts, and thermal shock.

The refrigeration team: Handled the electrical hookups, controls, and remaining element works to power up the system.

The result: A clean, seamless floor threshold with zero ice buildup and a freezer door that opens smoothly every time. 🛠️
