The devastation and the Team Work…

The owner of the home we were helping out yesterday with The Mud Army was so exhausted and disempowered that he told Dan to just throw the Rubix Cube they had. Not on my husband’s watch. Dan was so exhausted after such a big day that his brain was fried. That cube will be solved and delivered back next visit when Dan assesses what plumbing needs to be managed first for the home.

Another big day out yesterday in Rocklea with The Mud Army. The family home where Sarah and I were helping out had water up to the roofline. The family were awoken by screams of help by their neighbour at 2:30am and they realised the water was rushing their own home. After climbing to the roof with their small daughter, they ended up swimming out with the use of an esky. Heartbreaking as we assisted in throwing out all their personal effects and tearing apart their home, which is severely damaged…
