Awkward job for a client in Windsor. Needed the basement dug down for house renovations. Limited access into the area. 17 tonne wheeled excavator with rotating hitch through the double doors and down. Tight fit but no problem.

Another project completed. Client utilising the extra space along patio canopy, garden and parking space in front of house.
Existing rock and concrete batter taken away. Some stubborn rock broken out.
23 m timber effect concrete sleepers. All left tidy and ready for next steps of fencing.

Dismantled permanent cubby structure and replaced with topsoil and turf.

Another project finished locally in the Gap. Old timber sleeper wall failing. Replaced with certified concrete sleeper wall, up to 2m high, with brackets to move fence to in future. Also created spiral concrete stairs inside new wall to connect the 2 levels of the property with gate and new timber fence. True to some Gap conditions, had to break out rock to get required depth. Another project done in the locality. Foundations and shuttered retaining wall in a garage door under house opening. Creating a bigger drive and allowing for next stage of renovations to house. Licenced and insured.

Just added the finishing touch to the retaining wall in the Gap. Saw tooth Colorbond to match the existing fences in the property.
