Brothers thicker than mud!

A picture can tell a thousand words. This one tells a few of mine.

A drainage job for a house raise, the kind that has to get done rain, hail or shine. And it rained. A lot.
After some past experiences in this industry, trust wasn't something I gave away easily. But I can proudly say these blokes changed that. What started as business has turned into brotherhood, and in a few weeks, two of these guys will be standing beside me as groomsmen on my wedding day.

Business became friendship. Friendship became family. Slapping a few pipes together is just a bonus.

Grateful for these boys, today and always.

Mates helping Mates 🤝🤝

Snap Fitness George St. Big one to wrap up this week for the P2P team.

Rough-in and elevated drainage complete, and it wouldn't have happened without some serious mates helping mates out.

Massive shout out to the main man at Lords Plumbing and Gas for jumping in and smashing out the drainage with us.

And an even bigger shout out to my brother from MDR Plumbing Co. doing some massive days througout the whole project so far.

That's what happens when good tradies back each other in.
In my eyes this industry runs on relationships, not just tools in the truck. Proud to call these boys my mates, and prouder still of what we knocked out together.
Mates helping mates.

Welcome to the team, Dylan (the rooster on the right 🐓). I can't teach you manners, respect, or common sense, your parents already did an amazing job with that. What I can teach you is how to be an efficient, quality plumber and gasfitter.

Trade shortage is real and it's not fixing itself. If we don't train the next generation, who's turning up in the coming years?

It's all worth it - Family in my hands

Nobody talks about the dark side of the hustle. I aint afraid to say it how it is.

The 4am alarms. The jobs that go sideways. Switching off at home for my family after a hard or problematic day on the tools. Trying to find the energy and time to keeping fit, someone my daughter can hopefully look up to. Some weeks running a business will humble you to your knees.

But then I look down at this.

Since she was born, it's not about me anymore. Every hard day is for her. For the woman about to be my wife. A better life, built one job at a time.
And come the weekend, that's when it all makes sense. No emails, no jobsites. Just us. That's the payoff. That's why I do it all.

Family in my hands. Always has been, always will be.

6 years ago, just a bloke starting out with a ute and a dream. Still can't believe this legend gave a new business a chance.

Grateful doesn't even cover it. Every client who trusted us in those early days helped build what Phase2 Plumbing is today. 🙏

BALANCE - Utes parked. Tools down. Weekend has begun. 🙌

Work life balance is non-negotiable around here. For me, my family, and every bloke on the team. We show up hard during the week because we know how important it is to properly switch off and enjoy family time.
