One Happy Customer I would say. As a business owner you’re only as good as your staff. The Company is only going to succeed if the people in the Company want it to succeed.
Receiving a letter like this, gives me as an owner, both a sense of pride but also great happiness to be able to share it with all the Door Doctors family. I hope one day that we can make you just as satisfied as Mr Parry.

Everyday when you leave the house you expect to see or hear something different. Well today here at the Door Doctors that’s exactly what’s happened. We have a very experienced team as you know. Between the 11 of us we have an average 13.9 years in the door industry, the least is 2 years the longest 40 years. None of us have ever heard this excuse before. Are you ready for it? I’ve just had my windows tinted and I couldn’t see if the door was open or closed. Really! No seriously? Yep that was his excuse. Well it takes all kinds of people I guess. Lucky the Door Doctors were on hand to clean up the mess.

Keith Swaine is a committed service technician when it comes to doors, but he is also a good Samaritan. Or is he just an optimistic man who believes it’s going to rain. Whilst replacing the wheels on a 8m high set of sliders at Zillmere he decided to clean the gutters for them as well. Must be after employee of the month award.
On a serious note, The Door Doctors are always
on hand for repairs and maintenance on any type of door.
