This is going to be spectacular once finished !!!
The structure, with its cleverly angled posts is such a unique design.
Its purpose is to provide protection against the natural elements but in my (Jenny) opinion it will be like a piece of art ... a one off masterpiece!

Watbuilt's latest project has been very special to us!
Not only were we the original Builders of this lovely family home back in 1999, we were also the original owners for a brief time and lived there with our new born son.
The second and current owners, who have lived there since, asked us back late last year to carry out an extension above the original workshop.
The house is built on a corner block with side access and is just as attractive from the side view as it is from the front and we wanted to keep it that way! We are happy to say the new extension looks like it has always been there.
It was great to see the house still looking just as good as it always had and we were honoured that we had the opportunity to carry out this job.
I've also included some photos of the front of the house from over 20 years ago to show just how great it still looks!

Some lovely work by Facoory Cabinetry from approx 6 years ago.
I believe the veneer used was "Rosewood" and it still looks just as good today!
I know this because its our own home, built by Watbuilt of course 😉😊

Although some building materials are becoming difficult to source (due to Covid related supply issues) we are continuing taking on jobs.
So don't wait if you are considering renovating or building get in now, as your job may take a little longer than anticipated.
