Greg and Amanda’s front stairs at Peary Street, Northgate were rotted, tired and had seen better days making access from their deck to the garden, pool area and driveway dangerous. We stripped out the old and completely rebuilt, installing a new bespoke traditional stair, complete with routered rebated hardwood stringers, new hardwood treads, new newel posts and all fitted to the existing half landing whilst utilising the existing handrails, mid rails and balustrades in Kwila hardwood, adding value to the property, whilst creating safe and easy access to the garden, pool area, driveway and yard.

Jennifer and Steve’s rear deck at Chesilton Street, Kedron was in need of an upgrade and a new outlook. The existing terraced decks were rotted throughout. We reduced the ground level to create a fully functioning hardwood structure and all finished off in Kwila hardwood. Job complete! Another happy customer! Another project “Clyde Built”!

Kerri and John’s rear stair at East Street, Kedron was rotted, tired and had seen better days making access from their deck to the garden and pool area dangerous. We stripped out the old and completely rebuilt, installing a new stair, complete with a top and bottom landing with handrails and balustrades in Kwila hardwood, adding value to the property, whilst creating safe and easy access to the garden, pool area and yard.

John and Lyn at Wetherby Street, Geebung contacted us with an emergency repair at the main entrance and access to their home. The balustrades had rotted and gave way making access to their home unsafe.

We made safe with temporary barriers until we commenced the construction and installation of new posts, balustrades and decking finished in Kwila hardwood, providing safe access, longevity and a great look, adding value to the property, whilst creating easy access to their front garden. Another project “Clyde Built”!

We came up with the solution of constructing and installing a new bespoke stair in a solid hardwood frame, finished with Kwila hardwood treads and risers, adding value to their property, whilst creating easy access to their garden. Kris had an old concrete ramp providing access to his rear deck that was unsightly and not practical. With the ramp removed we installed a small stair for safe and easy access to and from the deck to comply with building regulations and all done in Kwila hardwood in one day. Job complete! Andrea’s front fence and gates at Taabinga Street, Wavell Heights were rotted, falling down, had seen better days and were in need of an upgrade and a new outlook. We removed the rotted fence and timber gates and installed a new timber fence complete with hardwood posts and rails, galvanised steel gate frames with treated timber paddle pop palings. Peter and Margaret were happy with the work we done to their rear deck and stair at Chervil Street, Bald Hills that they got us to refurbish and make good their front deck. The balustrades were damaged, rotted, in need of a complete overhaul and made safe to comply with building regulations. We stripped out the softwood handrails, bottom rails, balustrades, decking and installed an additional support beam on steel posts, levelled the existing joists and installed new handrails and balustrades all done in Kwila hardwood for a finish that will last. Job complete! Another happy customer! Another project “Clyde Built”!

Peter’s rear deck and stair at Chervil Street, Bald Hills was damaged, rotted and in need of a complete overhaul for safe and easy access from the deck to the garden and made safe to comply with building regulations. We stripped out the softwood handrails, bottom rails, balustrades, decking and josts and installed new joists, decking, handrails and balustrades all done in Kwila hardwood and added a small roof and a gate for a finish that will last. We stripped out the entire stair timbers and installed new stair treads, posts, handrails and balustrades all done in Kwila hardwood. Job complete! Another happy customer!
