Geoff and Dulcie’s front landing deck and stair at Peary Street, Northgate was damaged, rotted and in need of a complete overhaul for safe and easy access from the deck to the garden and made safe to comply with building regulations. We stripped out the rotted treads, decking, posts and joists and installed new joists, posts, decking, and treads all done in Kwila hardwood to match the original stair for a finish that will last and provide a seamless and identical frontage to the original. Job complete! Another happy customer! Another project “Clyde Built”!

Dennis and Alicia’s front deck and stair at Cavendish Street, Nundah was damaged, rotted and in need of a complete overhaul for safe and easy access from the deck to the garden and made safe to comply with building regulations. We stripped out the rotted handrails, bottom rails, balustrades, decking, posts and josts and installed new joists, posts, decking, handrails and balustrades all done in Kwila hardwood and added new centre feature panels to match the originals for a finish that will last and provide a seamless and identical frontage to the original. Job complete! Another happy customer! Another project “Clyde Built”!

Denise’s rear fence at Ninth Avenue , Kedron was rotted, falling down, had seen better days and in need of an upgrade and a new outlook. We removed the rotted fence and installed a new timber fence complete with hardwood posts and rails, with treated pine palings. Job complete! Another happy customer! Another project “Clyde Built”!

Gavin’s front stairs at Surrey Street, Nundah were rotted, tired and had seen better days making access from the house to the garden dangerous. We stripped out the old and completely rebuilt, installing a new bespoke traditional stair, complete with routered rebated hardwood stringers, new hardwood treads, new newel posts, handrails and balustrades in Kwila hardwood, adding value to the property, whilst creating safe and easy access to the garden and yard.

Greg and Amanda’s front stairs at Peary Street, Northgate were rotted, tired and had seen better days making access from their deck to the garden, pool area and driveway dangerous. We stripped out the old and completely rebuilt, installing a new bespoke traditional stair, complete with routered rebated hardwood stringers, new hardwood treads, new newel posts and all fitted to the existing half landing whilst utilising the existing handrails, mid rails and balustrades in Kwila hardwood, adding value to the property, whilst creating safe and easy access to the garden, pool area, driveway and yard.

Jennifer and Steve’s rear deck at Chesilton Street, Kedron was in need of an upgrade and a new outlook. The existing terraced decks were rotted throughout. We reduced the ground level to create a fully functioning hardwood structure and all finished off in Kwila hardwood. Job complete! Another happy customer! Another project “Clyde Built”!
