To our valued customers,
We would like to update you on how A-List Plumbing are conducting business during the COVID-19 outbreak. As water and sanitation are essential to the protection of your health and safety we will continue to provide plumbing services. We have been working closely with Master Plumbers' Association of Queensland and following official guidelines to ensure we are implementing the recommended practices. In order to operate in a manner which minimises any risk to you and your family and also ensures our own safety we have some procedures in place.
What are we doing?
We are adhering to strict hygiene practices including frequent hand washing before and after attending site, regularly disinfecting tools and equipment, maintaining a safe distance (1.5 metres) from customers and wiping down any surfaces we come in contact with while on your premises. If at any stage Michael is feeling unwell and is advised to self isolate, we will postpone all appointments until he is cleared by the authorities.
What can you do?
In return, we ask that our customers help us stay healthy and safe by cleaning the area with antibacterial products where work is required to be undertaken, undertake basic hygiene practices such as frequent hand washing and cover sneezes/coughs appropriately.
We will also be in contact prior to your appointment to ask you the following questions:
Have you recently (within the last 14 days) returned from overseas travel?
Have you been in contact with any person who has tested positive for COVID-19?
Have you been unwell or experienced any symptoms related to COVID-19?
Have you been instructed to self-quarantine from an official Government agency?
If so, we may need to postpone your appointment or will discuss with you the safety measures which will need to be put in place prior to attending your property.
