REMEMBER TO REMEMBER.

The 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month marks the moment the guns fell silent on the Western Front after the bloodshed of World War I.
QHM are privileged and immensely proud to design, build, refurbish and maintain many of the War Memorials and Monuments located all over Queensland. These are lasting legacies to those who serviced before and those that continue to serve our great country.
We are committed to pausing for just one minute to remember those who gave their lives in service to their country, those who returned home injured or ill, and those who bravely serve our country today.

2020 WRAP UP: WHAT A YEAR

Christmas Trees are trimmed, Shopping Centres are bustling once again and the anticipation of the Holidays is crippling - But first lets pause and take a look at the year that was.
2020... there really are no words for it.
It was a truly remarkable year as we navigated the challenges of the ever-changing pandemic, and we cannot thank our clients and colleagues for their ongoing support during this time.
As we reflect on the year that was, we cannot help but once again be proud of the efforts that our team have put in to complete such a varied and accomplished range of projects.
Whilst we primarily base ourselves in the SE corner of Qld, we certainly love to travel and 2020 saw projects as far west as Paroo and Cairns was hot on our radar a few times this year, not to mention those few Stradbroke Island trips to catch the bay breezes.
Whilst 2020 kept us busy with minimal effect from CoronaVirus, 2021 is set to be absolutely jam-packed with a number of postponed projects reignited and a number of fresh projects already locked in we cannot wait to share with you all.
And if 2020 has taught us anything, it's that anything can happen and new challenges arise every day.

QHM – PHONE ISSUES.

Please note that QHM are currently experiencing problems with our office phone lines.

Unfortunately, due to the current COVID-19 situation around the globe at the moment and the large portion of outsourced work to regions that are currently in lockdown, Telstra are unable to determine when these issues might be rectified.

Call forwarding arrangements are currently in place however, please bear with us as we navigate this (hopefully) temporary hurdle.

If you experience any difficulties contacting us via our office number, please feel free to email us or directly call your respective QHM contact person via mobile.

QHM turns 17!

We are 17 years old today – 26.03.2020.
Oh how the world has changed in 17 years, and this is never more evident than the current state of the world.

So what did 2003 look like…
Our prime minister was John Howard…Brisbane Festival Hall closed its doors for the last time…Finding Nemo was released in cinemas…The latest Nokia 3200 model was the biggest rage… and QHM was founded under the leadership of Vince and Andy.
Whilst some of the faces may have changed, our mission remains the same.
“WE ARE COMMITTED TO BUILDING AND PRESERVING QUEENSLAND’S HISTORY”

Amazing to think that we have been around as Queensland Heritage Masonry for 17 years - So many amazing projects and works have been completed - What an amazing 17 years is has been.
Infact, there aren’t many heritage buildings, monuments and memorials in the SE Qld region that we haven’t completed some form of work on and we couldn’t be prouder for the portfolio of work we have been fortunate enough to have been a part of.

So, as the world landscape changes on the daily and we adapt to these unusual circumstances, we wanted to share with you a little something worth celebrating.

Cheers from the team at QHM!
