Yesterday I handed over 2 homes and took a quick walk through a 3rd. Next week I’m getting ready to hand over another 2.

Today was handover day and as always, I took the time to reflect on how it all started.

An older Queenslander on a great block, an 18m shed they’d recently built, but the house wasn’t working for them anymore.

The homes they inspected were either older than what they wanted, missing half their list, or just expensive.

So we ran the numbers on a knock-down rebuild.
