Bardon roof replacement complete!

- heavy gauge corrugated Zincalume, with Kliplok to handle the low pitch roof on rear extension.

- Dover white trim, including gutters on spike brackets

- hand cut acroterions (ornate gutter corners) by Apex Building Products

- maximum thermal and acoustic under-roof insulation

- removed all loose fill insulation, replaced with r3.0 and r3.5 batts

We feel honoured to give this historic cottage the quality roof she deserves!

Existing cellulose insulation removed and ceilings vacuumed.

New batts installed.

Steel tiedowns fitted to roof frame to meet certification requirements for council building approval.

New roof battens installed

Aircel insulation installed

- Dover white gable roll and low front quad gutter on spike brackets

- replace all battens

- Aircel, blanket and ceiling batt insulation (very high R value)

- Tiedown upgrade to meet certification requirements

- Council building approval.
