A glimpse inside our Rochedale home, where every finish has been selected to feel connected, considered and calm.
Front Facade: The exterior brings together clean architectural lines, natural texture and a refined neutral palette. The Stonemen Woolum Freelay Stone Cladding adds depth and movement, balanced by James Hardie Fine Texture Cladding, Dulux Colorbond Woodland Grey and Dulux Colorbond Surfmist.
Kitchen: The kitchen pairs Polytec Belgian Oak Matt cabinetry with Caesarstone Bianco Drift benchtops and splashback. Chrome detailing, including the Alder Nuova Calare Pull-out Sink Mixer, keeps the space feeling polished, while recessed LED strip lighting adds warmth and function.
Lounge Room & Staircase: The living area features Earp Bros Noa Tanzania Wine tiles framed in Polytec Black Gloss, creating a strong architectural focal point. The Durian Stain Grade timber staircase brings warmth, balanced by black handrails, glass balustrading and the soft contrast of the Dulux Hammer Grey feature wall.
Master Ensuite: The master ensuite continues the same quiet palette, with Stone 3 Ceppo Stone Light Grey Matt floor tiles, Stone 3 Cement Light Grey wall tiles, Caesarstone Bianco Drift benchtops and Alder Wish chrome fixtures. Clean, calm and resolved.
At Besa, we design and build homes where the details work together, from the first exterior selection to the final interior finish.
