Project Showcase — 12 Creek Street, Brisbane City.

A 400sqm spec suite delivered for Marquette Properties, leased the same week we handed it over.

The plan balances open workstations with arched focus pods, a stone-topped collaboration bar, banquette dining and a full kitchen with city views.

We’re now back on the same floor working with the neighbouring tenant.

Four walls and a long table no longer cut it.

The boardroom is pulling double and triple duty — meeting space, lunch venue, town hall, client event. And the businesses getting the most out of their workplaces are the ones treating it as a strategic asset, not a formality.

A few questions worth asking before your next fitout:
Does a client walking in get a true sense of who you are? Can this space flex for 10 people and 150? Is your boardroom creating connection — or cutting people off from it?
