Last year at this time, we celebrated our 20th anniversary. It was a meaningful milestone that allowed us to reflect on two decades of growth, challenges, and achievements in the business.

Our Building Services team has successfully delivered a brand-new maintenance shed designed to improve functionality, accessibility, and operational efficiency for the aged care facility client! We are proud to say the client is extremely happy with the final result.

Project scope included:
✔️ Construction of a new 9m x 10m Colourbond shed
✔️ 3 roller doors with Merlin Elite auto motors
✔️ 100mm reinforced concrete slab and apron connection to driveway
✔️ Retaining walls and site levelling works
✔️ Electrical trenching, sub board installation, LED lighting & GPOs
✔️ WHS management, temporary fencing, certification & site supervision

In April, CMBM launched the trial of the Kleenbot C40 by Keenon Robotics as part of our commitment to innovation in commercial cleaning.

The robot helps improve efficiency, save time, and reduce operational costs by handling repetitive floor mopping and scrubbing tasks, allowing our team to focus on detailed and high-value services. Our team has also set up a charging station in the back office, with the robot operating during business downtime to maximise productivity.

This trial is another step forward in delivering smarter, more consistent cleaning solutions for our clients while embracing the future of facility management.
